Condensate drainage

In halls and cold stores condensate often does more damage than rain, because it drips inside, onto goods and floors, and it does so every day. The fix is not a tray under the unit but a properly routed drain with fall, trap and an outlet where the water bothers nobody — and which can be cleaned without dismantling the unit.

What exactly we do

• Drain routed with real fall, not along the shortest line
• Trap against backflow of air and odours from the system
• Pipe insulation so condensate does not form on the drain itself
• Layout that can be cleaned without dismantling the HVAC unit
