Water rarely enters where the stain appears on the ceiling — the path from the breach to the visible mark can be several metres. So before any patching we locate the actual point of ingress, and only then choose the solution: membrane, liquid waterproofing or joint repair. We work on roofs and on vertical facade surfaces alike.

What exactly we do

• Finding the real point of ingress first, instead of patching under the stain
• PVC and bituminous membranes, liquid waterproofing and coatings
• Repair of expansion joints, roof drains and roof penetrations
• Waterproofing of terraces, atriums and below-grade walls
