Facade painting
Surface preparation, filling and final coating done on ropes, including towers where scaffolding is not feasible.
Facade painting
Paint on a facade lasts exactly as long as the preparation underneath it. So before any coating we wash the surface, remove loose render, fill cracks and prime — only then two coats of facade paint. Working on ropes means the building is painted side by side, so residents do not stare at scaffolding outside their windows for weeks.
What exactly we do
- Washing, removal of loose layers, filling and priming before paint
- Silicone, silicate and acrylic facade paints to the client's choice
- Painting side by side, with no scaffolding in front of windows
- Cracks and expansion joints repaired before coating, not painted over
