Corrosion protection (ACP)

Corrosion protection is not measured by paint thickness but by the degree of surface preparation. A coating applied over rust and old layers will peel within two seasons. So we sandblast to the specified cleanliness grade, then apply primer and topcoat at a film thickness matched to the environment — coastal, industrial or urban.

What exactly we do

• Sandblasting to the specified cleanliness grade before coating
• Bridges, silos, chimneys, tanks, halls and steel structures
• Primer and topcoat with dry film thickness control
• Work at height without scaffolding, with abrasive containment
