Facade washing and maintenance

A facade never gets dirty evenly: the north side collects algae and moss, the street side soot and traffic dust, and the window joints hold silicone and cement residue. That is why we never blast the whole surface at one pressure — each zone gets the right pressure, detergent and brush. We work on ropes, so there is no scaffolding standing in front of the building for weeks and no closed entrances for residents.

What exactly we do

• Aluminium, glass, stone, render and concrete — each material at its own pressure
• Removal of algae, moss, soot, bird droppings and graffiti
• Washing without damaging seals or forcing water into facade joints
• Optional annual maintenance contract
