Cutting a new opening in a finished facade is first of all a question of what is inside the wall — rebar, services or a load-bearing element. So the job starts with a survey, not with a drill. Working from ropes keeps it controlled, protects the surrounding cladding, and happens from outside, so the interior stays clean and in use.
